About This EVENT:

The legal profession is no stranger to long hours, heavy responsibilities, and immense pressure. For many, this reality has led to growing concerns of stress, burnout, and an exodus of young talent. Yet, beyond the challenges lie opportunities to build resilience, sustain meaningful careers, and find purpose in practice; law can be your calling.

Join us for an intimate dialogue session featuring the founders of PracticeForte—Mylene Chua (moderator) and Lim Seng Siew—alongside psychotherapist and PracticeForte affiliate Sanaa Lundgren, and a panel of lawyers, sharing knowledge, experiences and learnings from their own journeys. Together, they will explore:

  • What it truly means to survive and sustain in law today
  • How different generations of lawyers perceive and manage pressure
  • Practical strategies and perspectives for building a life-long career in the profession

This in-person session is designed as a safe space for practitioners to spark honest conversation, exchange of lived experiences, and the beginnings of a support network for lawyers navigating the demanding yet rewarding path of legal practice.

This event requires a minimum of 15 sign-ups in order to proceed. Express your interest today to be part of this small-group conversation.
